We evaluated their current processes, document output environment and their key documents, and introduced newer tools, methodologies, and technologies such as Lean, Project Management, Six Sigma, multifunctional networked office products, and new procurement options such as cost-per-page agreements (especially with printers). Through collaborations and the assistance of top consultants, APB & Associates then developed a comprehensive approach for not only the management of its client's internal office operations, but also management of new initiatives, mission critical projects, staff,development, quality assurance, and financial growth.
