Quality-to-Value
APB and Associates is a company of integrity. We value open, sincere and honest communication. Our relationships are important to us, and we are dedicated to helping solve current problems and identifying ways to help our clients grow. We are not limited by a single view of the business, however, we do focus on four critical aspects using Quality-to-Value Assessments:
- Leadership means looking at the managerial aspects of the Quality-to-Value Assessment to ensure that the following are compatible with the workplace requirements of the enterprise, promoting effectiveness and efficiency at the top levels:
- Management style and philosophies,
- Organizational structure and hierarchy,
- Methods of communication, and
- Messages about the entity's values and beliefs
- Operational aspects of the entity are analyzed to ensure that the following support the work requirements in a cost effective manner and are positioned to satisfy the needs of the clients, both internal and external.
- Business processes,
- Policies and procedures, and
- Systems
- Cultural aspect is the prospective examination of the following social systems to ensure that they are in keeping with the Quality-to-Value Assessment:
- Job titles and descriptions,
- Measurements,
- Benefits,
- Compensation and rewards,
- Diversity and cultural competency training programs.
- Technological aspects of the Quality-to-Value Assessment encompasses more than computer systems. It also includes other automated, labor saving devices such as networked copiers, printers, scanners, and document management software.
This aspect of our service focuses on a review of the Quality-to-Value Assessment to ensure that technology is being utilized appropriately and is leveraged to gain maximum benefit for the enterprise.
